Budget Inn in Newburgh, New York

Not happy were bugs in my room, they did get exterminator to come very fast but did not offer me a discount or any type of refund . I was up all the rest of the night scared to sleep and couldn't leave at 3 A.M. with a 6 year old , only noticed the bugs cause i woke up in middle of night to use bathroom !!!! Then i told worker i needed one more towel for my son and was told no only two allowed in room at a time , theres no wash clothes and no floor/foot towel so floor gets soaked i had to use a pillow case to step out on . Between two adults one with long hair at that and one child two small motel sized towels are not enough and im offended i was given an attitude cause i asked for one more ............ Im just not happy wont come back 85 dollars is not worth it and especially for a room with a old box tv smh , oh and dont let children shower alone its either scolding hot or cold i got burned twice .
