I recently moved to the area and my car engine light came on. I did not know where to take the car and so I went online to check out the reveiws of the car repairs shops in my area. After reading about C&C I took the car to them and am still awed by the experience. I emailed for an appt over the Thanksgiving holiday and they were able to squeeze me in on the Friday after Thanksgiving. With a full schedule they were still able to diagnose the problem, point out other safety hazards and repair the car, all in one day. The cost was reasonable and they showed me exactly what was wrong and the things that needed to be repaired. I appreciated that so much! But the very best part of it all, was the customer service. They responded to my text and answered my online questions even though it was over the holidays. Meeting them put me at ease and the care they showed was felt and welcomed...especially to someone new in the neighborhood. Needless to say they will have my business for as long as I am in the area. I would give additional stars but there are only five.
