They do not know how to properly shape nails. I provided the nail tech with a picture of the shape and length I wanted but it seems like they just do whatever shape they want. My nails came out lumpy and crooked. I don’t know how they are still in business because my nails look super uneven and were painted sloppily. Never going back here again. I paid 40$ for nails that don’t even look good. Never again.
