KINGSTON, N.Y. – Incumbent state Assemblyman Jonathan Jacobson, who represents the 104th district, won another term in Tuesday's election. Jacobson, a Newburgh Democrat who ran unopposed, was elected to the Assembly in November 2018. The district includes the city and town of Newburgh in Orange County, the city of Poughkeepsie and Beacon in Dutchess County and the towns of Marlborough and Lloyd in Ulster County. Before his election, Jacobson was an assistant state attorney general and headed the Consumer Frauds Bureau at the Poughkeepsie Regional Office.
