A Newburgh man, with two previous felony drug convictions, was convicted again. (Shutterstock) NEWBURGH, NY — A Newburgh man with two prior felony drug convictions was found guilty of having illegal drugs. Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler said that Raiquan Falls, 27, of Newburgh, was convicted by a jury of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He faces a maximum sentence of four years in prison when he is sentenced Oct. 2 Falls was sent to the Orange County Jail without bail following the jury's verdict.
