(Shutterstock)NEWBURGH, NY — A Newburgh man accused of shooting a killing another Newburgh man and wounding a 5-year-old will face three felony charges.Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler said Wednesday that Lamont Williams, 29, of Newburgh, was arraigned in Orange County Court on an unsealed indictment charging him with second-degree murder, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree assault.
