NEWBURGH – The New York Association for Pupil Transportation (NYAPT) conducted its annual New York School Bus Safety Poster Contest in partnership with the New York State Education Department and in accordance with guidelines and rules set out by the American School Bus Council (ASBC) National School Bus Safety Poster Contest. This year's poster theme was 'Safely Rolling to My Destination.' This year marks the second consecutive year the Newburgh Enlarged City School District (NCESD) produced a first-place winner.
