Police are investigating the robbery Saturday of the Walden Savings Bank in the town of Newburgh. (Google Maps) NEWBURGH, NY — Police are looking for a man who robbed a town of Newburgh bank Saturday and asking the public if they can help. The Town of Newburgh Police Department said, around 12:15 p.m. Saturday, police were sent to the Walden Savings Bank at 5239 Route 9W in the town. Arriving officers found that, minutes before, the suspect had fled the bank on foot, heading north through the Morehead Honda parking lot.
