Tesla signed a lease for a 927,000-square-foot distribution facility in Newburgh. (Matrix Development Group) NEWBURGH, NY — Electric car manufacturer Tesla has signed a lease for a distribution facility at an industrial complex in Newburgh. Matrix Development Group, the real estate investment and development company, announced that it signed global auto manufacturer Tesla to a 927,000-square-foot-lease at Matrix Logistics Center, a two-building industrial complex at 1396 Route 300 in Newburgh. Tesla will use the property as a distribution facility for automotive parts beginning in October, according to a spokesperson.
